Client groups: Adolescents 15+ and Adults.

  

Karen works from a client-centred perspective, to collaboratively develop or enhance skills and strategies that will achieve the best outcomes for her clients. She has a calm and encouraging personality and brings acceptance, compassion, and warmth to her therapy sessions.

 

She has a special interest in working with individuals experiencing chronic pain, drawing from her work in a Public Health interdisciplinary Pain Management Program.

 

She has experience working with adults, and adolescents across a variety of settings on challenges impacting their wellbeing.
