– write about the business values that you spoke to me about. The business is from the heart and is more than just a business.
Tell the origin story of Hume Psychology – tell the story you told me about you and your wife buying the business and moving it to Beechworth.
The ‘hand-made’ nature of your business is its Unique Selling Point. That’s the part you need to be sure that potential new staff know about.

Nikki Marshall
Registered Psychologist

Client groups: 12+ (no couples work)

Telehealth only
Qualified School Psychologist and Teacher.
Nikki is an experienced APHRA registered Psychologist with post graduate qualifications in School Psychology and Education.

Nikki started her career as a School Psychologist in secondary settings in both city and rural locations. This work led to an interest in suicide prevention and a stint as the Chairperson for the Kalgoorlie Suicide Prevention Group, which was award winning at the time, for work done in the community.
An interest in suicide prevention became a passion which precipitated a move into the not for profit sector - specifically into youth mental health as a clinician, clinical lead, clinical supervisor and ultimately, clinical manager.
After 12 years in this space, Nikki made the switch to working from home as a Telehealth Psychologist in March 2022 and is reportedly relishing the connection with people from all walks of life across the Australian landscape.
