Andrea is an AHPRA registered Clinical Psychologist, having completed a Bachelor of Arts with a Double Major in Psychology, Honours in Psychology and Masters of Clinical Psychology, all at the University of Queensland.  She is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society and a Fellow of the Clinical College of Psychologists.

 

Andrea has a career spanning 20 years across both public and private sectors of mental health, working in Victoria, Queensland and overseas in London (UK).  She offers compassionate and confidential support using evidence-based practice to tailor treatment to you and your individual circumstances.

 

Andrea has a special interest in Perinatal Support helping women and their families develop coping strategies for managing the physical and emotional challenges of conception, pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum.

  • Depression and Adjustment Difficulties (Transitions to new roles in life)

  • Perinatal Support including: Infertility; Pregnancy concerns; Antenatal and Postnatal Depression, Anxiety, Psychosis; Birth Trauma; Perinatal Loss (miscarriage, still-birth, post-birth loss); and Adjusting to Parenthood.

  • Bipolar

  • Psychotic Disorders (Early Psychosis; Schizoaffective Disorder; Schizophrenia)
