Jeni has been a counsellor for approximatley 30 years, and graduated as a Psychologist in 2005.
Jeni’s holistic, person-centered and collaborative approach focuses on your personal needs and goals.

Jeni is passionate about ‘gut health and mental health’, psychedelic assisted therapies, sleep/fatigue management, and more recently, breathwork and yoga.
When she isn’t in the counselling space, Jeni loves to be in nature, hiking, exploring, travelling, scuba diving and sailing. She also tries very hard to practice yoga daily (yoga teacher trained 2020) and meditation on a regular basis.
