Jeni has been a counsellor for approximatley 30 years, and graduated as a Psychologist in 2005.

Jeni’s holistic, person-centered and collaborative approach focuses on your personal needs and goals.

Jeni promotes the value of trusting relationship based on non-judgmental active listening, she believes we all have an intuitive healing intelligence.

Her methods include integrating strategies and techniques, where required, to assist in managing symptoms and support you in connecting with your personal values of who you want to be, and the life you want to live.

Jeni is passionate about ‘gut health and mental health’, psychedelic assisted therapies, sleep/fatigue management, and more recently, breathwork and yoga.

When she isn’t in the counselling space, Jeni loves to be in nature, hiking, exploring, travelling, scuba diving and sailing. She also tries very hard to practice yoga daily (yoga teacher trained 2020) and meditation on a regular basis.
